Together over the past 3 years Craig and Callum have been working together building residential homes in Dunedin. They are currently working on an architectural property in Dunedin Central.

Callum has been working in the construction industry for 16 years with roles in frame & truss and sales at a large national building supplies company before moving on to building full-time for the past 10 years.

Craig Cockburn

Craig has been working as a builder for the past 16 years, with 13 years at a large Dunedin-based residential and commercial building company, before starting his own company (Craig Cockburn Builder Ltd) in 2019. He has project managed light commercial projects through his previous employment including an office refit for Gregg’s Coffee and a large rebuild for the SPCA, which has similar scope to our Durham St plans.
